Black Cooperative Impact Fund wanted to rebrand with the intention of reaching more donors and recipients. First we completed a brand audit where we explored what was and was not working for the brand. We then followed that by a brand landscape analysis where we looked at how other financial institutions look and feel.

Our approach was to simplify and elevate the brand. Their original colors were blue and green, so we refined that, adding more saturated versions of those colors. We also introduced black, white and a gradient. We then developed a unique typography system, patterns and illustrations that could be used across various touchpoints.
